There are a number of consulting and support organizations for foreign residents in Tokyo which provide services in foreign languages.

Metropolitan Government Foreign Residents' Advisory Center

This organization provides consultations concerning daily life matters and accepts inquiries related to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government administration in English, Chinese, Korean, French and Spanish.

Metropolitan Government Labor Consulting Center

Chuo Labor Administration Office
This organization provides consultation services for labor and employment questions in English and Chinese.
Hours: 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays (English) and Tuesdays and the 2nd and 4th Thursdays (Chinese)

Information Center for Foreign Residents, Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau

This information center provides consultations and information related to immigration and visas in English, Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese and Thai languages.
Hours: 9:30 to 11:45 a.m. and 1:00 to 4:45 p.m. on Monday through Friday.
Closed: Sundays, national holidays and the New Year holidays

Legal Aid Association Foreign Residents' Consultation

This association provides legal consulting services concerning labor conditions and visa status in English and Chinese. Confidentiality is strictly honored and the association will introduce a lawyer and assists with expenses when necessary.
